My first experience of pulp. King tut's used to have a membership sysytem, and they would send members free tickets for gigs which were not selling well. I received a pair of tickets and was amazed by their performance. Only about 30 people were there, but pulp played a storming show. You could tell this band were going somewhere. Gerry Love from Teenage Fanclub was also in the audience.
