I wonder whether we should remove obscure unreleased demos? E.g. Darren, St Just, The Performance of a Lifetime. Almost nobody has heard them or even heard of them, and they make the list unnecessary long. Also, being only demos it's not really surprising or interesting that they were never played.

(I have also just deleted Goodnight because there is not really enough information to determine whether or not it was played.)
