This promotional release contains a two-part radio documentary which was broadcast on BBC Radio 1 in March 1998.
The documentary was made to coincide with the release of the This Is Hardcore LP and was broadcast a week before the album's release.

- This part details the history of the band from formation until the release of the Common People single.

- "From Disco to Hardcore" (61:17)
- This part picks up with the release of Common People up until This is Hardcore. It concludes with the first airings of The Fear, Dishes, Party Hard and I'm A Man. Help The Aged and This Is Hardcore were also played. The band provided commentary for each song.
